Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. Free parking is available on the street in front of the facility or in the parking lot in front of Reedy Creek Bicycle Shop. When you arrive, the front door to the gym will be open. You can come on in and sit on one of the couches and either your PT or staff from Tri Star will be with you shortly!
